Job Details:

Position: OPT Recruiter

Experience :1-4 years

Office Time: 07:00 PM to 04:00 AM IST (Night Shift)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Proven Experience in OPT recruitment in the US IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
• Well Versed with Marketing OPT Consultants.
• Well Experienced in handling the Full Cycle of OPT Recruitment. i.e. From Sourcing Job Requirements from Prime Vendors, Vendors, Clients etc., to Submitting the Bench Consultants, Negotiating the best Rates, Following up on Interview Schedules & Placing the Consultants at best deals.
• Knowledge on all United States Tax-terms (Like w2, 1099 and corp2corp).
• Regular interaction and Follow-up with OPT Consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly.
• Source and recruit qualified OPT candidates for various IT positions
• Should have proper understanding of visa status like F1, CPT, OPT, H4 EAD, H1B and GC etc.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their specific staffing needs and requirements
• Build and maintain a strong network of OPT candidates through various sourcing channels
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements of each job position
• Expert in Job Portal searches like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch, Indeed, LinkedIn
• etc. and also other networking Methods.

Qualifications:

• Must have 1-4 years of OPT recruitment experience.
• Must have good communication skills and negotiation skills.
• Must have the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Must have Excellent Communication Skills (Both Oral & Written).
• Must be willing to work in Night Shifts.
