Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Multilingual)

Location: Gurugram, Jaipur

Experience: Minimum 1 year in an international customer support role

Salary: Up to 12 LPA (based on experience & skills)

Employment Type: Full-time

Qualification: Graduate (preferably with a tech background)

Shift Timing: Rotational shifts (for both males & females)

Cab Facility: Provided

Language Proficiency Required:

Spanish

German

Dutch

Polish

Candidates must be fluent in English and one of the above languages.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance & Issue Resolution: Handle customer queries via chat, email, or calls, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

Customer Interaction Management: Document all customer interactions, maintain records, and provide a seamless customer experience.

End-to-End Resolution: Ensure that customer issues are fully resolved, following company protocols and service guidelines.

Skills & Competencies Required:

Fluent communication skills in English and any of the mentioned languages.

No Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tongue Influence (RTI).

Strong grammar, pronunciation, and articulation without errors.

Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Good technical understanding to assist customers with product/service-related queries.
