Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for last mile operations of the DC/branch.
  
• Take care of stock received and stock outward.
  
• Tracking & maintaining data for daily shipments.
  
• Responsible for arranging maximum deliveries within TAT. Also, decreasing aging of the shipments.
  
• Need to minimize the TAT failure and ensure processes are followed to minimize loses at the Service center.
  
• Ensures quality check of all shipments/bags and ensures zero missing shipments with value and count.
  
• Preparation of various MIS reports like Inbound, outbound, RTO and aging reports.
  
• Monitor the NDR/RTO and find solutions for reducing monthly NDR & RTO %.
  
• Maintaining the service center workplace with dignity and ensuring clean workplace policies.
  

Required Skills/Abilities:

1. Good Excel knowledge & Data management.
2. English and Regional Language fluency is Must.
3. 3+ Years Experience.
4. Team Handling.
5. Geographical Knowledge.
