Key skills for the job
- Sales responsibility for the area, India and Bangladesh, incl. the Area Sales Budget, Sales Forecast, and project pipeline development
- Develop and execute the area's go-to-market sales strategy
- Create and manage direct reports KPI's
- Gather and communicate customer and market input from the area and feed the organization about area information
- Manage area sales plan and meet/exceed pre-defined yearly and quarterly sales targets through maintaining and growing the existing customer base and develop new customer relationships
- Overall responsible for managing the pipeline of new customer projects and keeping it update
- Manage and ensure the team's growth, support each individual team members to achieve an outstanding performance. Including individual goal.
- Position Novonesis in the market place as the leading supplier of probiotic solution (e.g. bring speaker on probiotic congress, join local events, etc.)
- Get feedback and insights from customers (e.g. on global product line, marketing activities, pricing, and potential value chain issues are captured and addressed if needed)
- Secure that industry and competitor information is captured, organized, and communicated
- Commercial/technical master degree
- Min. of 10 years of sales experience
- sales managerial experience is preferred
- Experience in handling large accounts / project based selling
- Preferably experience from dietary supplement, OTC market
- Preferably B-2-B experience
