Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a growing sales team. Cultivate a high-performance culture with clear accountability, ongoing professional development, and motivational leadership.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's vision and growth targets. Drive top-line revenue growth through innovative sales approaches and channels.
- Revenue Growth & Market Expansion: Focus on both acquiring new business and expanding current client relationships. Identify new revenue streams and opportunities in existing markets or untapped segments.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Lead the forecasting process, ensuring accurate pipeline and revenue projections. Provide regular updates to the executive team on sales performance and strategic initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. Drive alignment to ensure prospects' needs are met, and service delivery expectations are exceeded.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish, nurture, and expand relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers. Serve as a strategic advisor to clients to provide solutions that drive their business outcomes.
- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously assess and refine the sales process for efficiency and scalability. Implement sales methodologies that ensure consistent and effective client engagement, closing, and retention.
- Sales Operations & Tools: Ensure the sales team is equipped with the right tools and resources to be successful. Oversee CRM usage, sales enablement tools, and ensure proper documentation of sales activities.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Share insights with the product and marketing teams to enhance the company's offerings.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 12+ years of combined experience in international sales and project delivery, preferably in the semiconductor or embedded systems industry.
- Skills: Demonstrated success in closing international deals, leading diverse teams, and managing end-to-end project lifecycles.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of semiconductor technologies, embedded systems, and customer requirements in this domain.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent; an MBA is highly preferred.
- Other: Strong leadership, negotiation, and client management skills; willingness to travel internationally.
