Job Description
Conceptualize and execute comprehensive design solutions for loyalty programs.
Create visually stunning and impactful marketing collateral.
Establish and uphold brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual elements for client marketing materials across various channels.
Actively participate in client meetings and collaborate with internal teams to align on campaign goals and design requirements.
Partner with the Customer Success Manager (CSM), Growth teams, and clients to design presentation decks, campaigns, and communication assets.
Design and implement email campaigns, banners, graphics, and other creative assets tailored to client needs.
Requirements:
Take full ownership of creative content, copywriting, and visual design, acting as the key point of contact for these areas.
Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring design consistency and meeting quality standards.
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, clearly articulating design concepts to stakeholders.
Exhibit excellent design sensibility, strong copywriting abilities, and openness to feedback for iterative improvement.
Who We Are Looking For:
Professionals with 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or design agency, preferably with client-facing responsibilities.
Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and related software.
A solid understanding of digital marketing principles, with experience designing for websites, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
