- We are looking for a highly motivated User Assistance Developer/Technical Writer with a demonstrated ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of user assistance assets that enable customers to deploy, administer, and use SAP software
- Research products and technologies to develop a deep understanding of the software and target audience
- Ensure transparency by providing estimates and managing milestones within a given release
- Demonstrate a quality-focused mindset to ensure content delivered is aligned with the relevant documentation standards and content architecture guidelines
- Collaborate with product stakeholders, customer support, design, and other SAP teams to create a world-class information experience for our customers
- Contribute to user assistance projects and initiatives for continuous innovation
What you'll bring
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Communication, English, or a related field
- Experience in creating technical documentation and UX content design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in prioritizing tasks with a proactive mindset towards problem-solving and achieving results
- Ability to research and analyze information for various content requirements
- Capable of working on multiple priorities with various stakeholders in cross-cultural, global teams
- Experience with DITA XML and a good understanding of AI and related technologies is a plus
