Must be Diploma Engineer/B.E - Mechanical or relevant, MBA Marketing or Sales
Experience
Up to 3 Years in Sales and Machine Tools Industries will be preferred.Freshers can apply if they are serious and inclined towards Sales.
Job Summary
To plan and manage direct marketing and sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales of XL
CNC product range, in accordance with agreed business plans. Should be ready for extensive traveling in the assigned territory to generate maximum leads and convert it to orders.
Roles and Responsibilities
Plan and carry out direct marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes.
Conduct detailed customer requirements, discovery and analysis
Maintain customers and prospect database.
Generate sales enquiries including making cold calls for products and services offered.
Achieving monthly target of assigned territory.
Attend to customers queries and provide appropriate pre and post sales-technical commercial assistance and solutions by interacting with the management.
Follow up and Collect receivables and commercial documents against invoices.
Cover untapped area and customers for generation of new opportunities and orders. Maintain and develop existing and new customers
Creating/updating of competitor data base and strategies to acquire the customers.
Updation of daily sales calls, orders lost, analyse the reasons.
Work closely with XL CNC engineering team on customer requirements and new productdirection
Maintain a broad-level of knowledge of industry trends
Coordinate with back end team for execution of order.
MIS reports including weekly, monthly sales report
