Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Android Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Android development, a deep understanding of mobile architecture, and the ability to deliver high-quality apps that meet user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Java and Kotlin.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Utilize Gradle to manage build processes effectively.

Work with Android SDK components such as Views, Activities, and Fragments to build robust and scalable apps.

Develop UI components using both XML Views and Jetpack Compose, ensuring seamless user experiences.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, bugs, and other technical challenges.

Stay updated with the latest Android development trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

Proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages.

Expertise in Gradle for build system management.

In-depth knowledge of Android SDK components, including Views, Activities, and Fragments.

Proven experience in building Android applications using both XML Views and Jetpack Compose.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience with version control systems like Git is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Android architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture.

Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.

Understanding of Google Play Store deployment processes.

Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
