Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS services and automation tools. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AWS (ECS, Lambda, message queues), Terraform/Terragrunt, and CI/CD automation to streamline deployments and improve system reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on ECS, Lambda, and message queues (SQS, SNS, etc.).

Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform (preferably with Terragrunt).

Containerize applications using Docker and optimize deployment strategies.

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated builds, testing, and deployments.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud resources to ensure high availability and cost efficiency.

Implement security best practices for cloud infrastructure, including IAM policies, network security, and logging.

Collaborate with development teams to enable DevOps best practices and cloud-native solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with AWS, particularly ECS, Lambda, SQS, and SNS.

Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform (experience with Terragrunt is a plus).

Deep understanding of Docker for containerization and microservices architecture.

Experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

Knowledge of cloud security best practices and cost optimization techniques.

Familiarity with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.

Knowledge of serverless architectures and AWS Step Functions.

Exposure to logging solutions like ELK Stack or AWS OpenSearch.

Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or Bash for automation.
