Job Description

Must Have As a Salesforce Developer, you will work closely with Manager and interact with clients to understand their requirements to develop salesforce apps. You will be expected to:

Must Have Collaborates with application developers, designers, and architects to ensure a shared understanding of the business model and the detailed function requirements.

Must Have Performs development activities as assigned by Studio Technical Lead or Architect.

Must Have Responsible for conducting technical code reviews and unit testing.

Must Have Works with Studio BA/QA resources to support testing and perform defect fixes as needed

Must Have Participates in studio daily scrum and project status calls to provide accurate updates on deliverable timelines and status

Must Have Creates and manages technical documentation as required

Must Have Works with Technical Delivery Manager proactively for task prioritization, resolving issues and escalations

Must Have Responsible for code release and deployment activities

Must Have Participates in reviews of plans associated with project execution.

Must Have Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Must Have Qualifications Required:

Must Have 4-6 years of extensive Design and Development experience in force.com

Must Have Business Analysis skills to understand the Business Problem and propose the best technical solution

Must Have Enterprise implementations of complex SFDC applications, with reports, workflow, working with several SFDC objects

Must Have Expertise in Apex, Visual force, Web Services, SOQL, SAQL, SASL, AJAX, XML, JavaScript, and HTML

Must Have Develop and maintain Visualforce, Force.com pages and integration to other third party solutions.

Must Have Maintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc.

Must Have Strong communication, technical and virtual collaboration skills are a must

Must Have Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment

Must Have Experience working with Salesforce Lightning Aura experience

Must Have Preferred

Must Have Experience with Salesforce Analytics (Wave) is a plus

Must Have Experience with Salesforce Mobile SDK

Must Have Experience with MuleSoft

Note: need profiles with 4+ Years of experience in SFDC and minimum 1+ Years in Lightning AURA Framework.
