Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and address root causes of denials through thorough analysis of EOBs, claims, and payer feedback.
  
• Manage outstanding accounts receivable (AR) calls to resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and patient inquiries.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams such as medical records, coding, and customer service to resolve issues related to claim submissions.
  
• Develop strong relationships with healthcare providers by providing timely communication on payment status updates and resolving any concerns they may have.
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements for accurate handling of AR calls.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in AR calling or revenue cycle management (RCM).
  
• Strong understanding of US healthcare systems and processes.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, insurance companies, and internal stakeholders.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity levels.
