highly skilled Senior Python Architect to join our team to lead and optimize our Python

based software projects, providing scalable architecture and technical expertise.

Position Summary

As a Senior Python Architect, you will be responsible for defining and guiding the

architecture of Python-based applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional

teams to ensure that applications are scalable, high-performing, and well-aligned with

business goals. Your technical leadership will be instrumental in making critical decisions

that drive our software solutions forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Design
• Develop, design, and implement high-level architecture for Python-based

applications.

• Ensure code quality, scalability, and robustness in architectural designs.
• Oversee the selection of frameworks, tools, and best practices in Python

development.

• Technical Leadership
• Provide mentorship to Python developers and ensure alignment with

architectural standards.

• Facilitate code reviews, design discussions, and problem-solving sessions.
• Develop reusable modules and libraries to streamline development

processes.

• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand

requirements and propose technical solutions.

• Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and maintain clear

communication with business leaders.

• Continuous Improvement
• Stay updated on emerging Python technologies and integrate them into

architectural designs where appropriate.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development

processes and reduce technical debt.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Python development, with 3+ years in a senior or architect

role.

• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) and architectural

patterns.

• Proficiency in cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker,

Kubernetes).

• Solid understanding of API development, microservices, and scalability

considerations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with data science, machine learning, or big data tools.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
