Billing Accountant

Wood is currently recruiting for Billing Accountant for Finance Shared Services, Gurugram location.

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Post graduate degree in finance or equivalent

Personal Attributes:

• Excellent communication skills are must
• Person should understand Oracle system and should be working experience of 2 years at least
• Candidate must have a good understanding of the O2C process
• Effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients
• Very strong attention to detail - this is critical to the success of the role
• Good Analytical Logical reasoning skills
• Should be well-versed with the use of Excel.

• To perform client billing in an integrated Oracle environment using the various Oracle functionalities
• Client Billing includes manhour, expenses, fixed charges, and retention billing
• To perform the reconciliation of manhours, expenses and fixed charges in Oracle and Billed to the client or Statement of Work
• Prepare various reports like invoice registers, daily reports, unbilled reports, aging etc.
• Create Cash Forecast and Accrual Data every month
• Follow up with the Customer for the overdue Invoices
