- Technical Support:Act as the primary point of contact for clients or end-users seeking technical assistance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, providing timely and effective solutions
- Document support requests, resolutions, and best practices for future reference
- Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and addressing their concerns
- Communicate software updates, enhancements, and patches to clients
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement
- Project Management:Define project scope, objectives, and timelines for software implementations
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure timely completion of projects within allocated resources and budget
