Job Title: Chief Manager - Water Management

As the Chief Manager of Water Management at Wonderla Holidays, you will be responsible for overseeing the water conservation and management efforts at our water park and resorts. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that our water usage is sustainable and efficient, while also maintaining the highest standards of water quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement water conservation strategies to reduce water usage and improve efficiency
- Monitor and analyze water usage data to identify areas for improvement
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of water treatment and filtration systems
- Collaborate with external partners and organizations to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations
- Lead and mentor a team of water management specialists

Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in environmental engineering, water resources management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in water management, preferably in a hospitality or recreational setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of water treatment and filtration systems
- Understanding of environmental regulations and standards

  • Managing the operation, maintenance, manpower and financial planning for Water Management department
  • Managing the equipment and machineries to be always with excellent condition, safe and systematic with better uptime
  • Build and develops the team to have consistent systematic work and moral values to the staff.
  • Must be multi-tasking and always be working together with the various departments.
  • Ensuring proper procedures in place & followed for all operation & maintenance of Water Treatment and Water Rides
  • Initiate, implement, and ensure proper methods for water conservation, optimize maintenance & operation cost.
  • Must always remain communicative and be responsible for all activities and works under Water Management department.
  • Continually liaise with the consultants, manufacturers, and vendors to ensure all the equipment & process are fully operational.
  • Effective planning, preventive maintenance, testing and other related are thoroughly carried out as per schedule.
  • To be pro-active always towards making any necessary adjustments, ordering spare parts, and identifying technical issues
  • Manage the recruitment, training, and induction programs for the Water Management team.
  • Plan training schedules and ensure training effectiveness to all the team members.
  • Ensure all equipment are safely operated and persons are always competent.
  • Liaise with the teams for any quick services required under maintenance and operation of Water Treatment Plant and Water Rides
  • Ensure reports are generated as per timelines and provide accurate & necessary information to higher management for an efficient system.
  • Effective budgeting, execution, and staff schedules to maximize operational efficiency and minimize cost.
  • Any other duties requested by the Management Team
  • Effective Implementation of 6 S for Customer Service Excellence

  • Establish targets & monitor KPI s, goals and objectives for the department.
  • Ensure timely execution of mid-year and annual appraisals of the team and to provide regular feedback.
  • Implementation of IMS process
  • Identify, prepare new SOP and propose changes in existing SOP
