Senior Manager - M&A Tax - Legal Firm - CA (7-14 yrs)

Job Locations: Mumbai, Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

The tasks, roles and responsibilities pertaining to the job role will include the following:

- Client relationship management

- Business development

- Ideation and end to end execution of client deliverables ensuring quality and timeliness

- Conducting due diligence on targets

- Interaction with Government authorities

- MIS management

- People management

- Interaction with other advisors and professionals within and outside the company.

Mandatory skill sets:

Working in this discipline will refer to working on multiple engagements and teams (sizes of which will vary depending on client/project).

To qualify for the same the applicant will need thorough technical knowledge of Direct Tax, Corporate laws, Stamp Duty, FEMA and SEBI Regulations

Years of experience required:

8+ years' experience in Big 4 M&A tax / legal firm having restructuring practice

Education qualification:

Qualified CA
