Were on the lookout for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager based in India, ideally from a top-tier B-school, with prior experience in SaaS-based fintech startups. As our first Growth Marketing hire in India, you'll play a pivotal role in driving pipeline growth and brand awareness for Wokelo's Gen-AI-powered investment research platform. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with a clear growth path to Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities:
Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
- Manage multichannel ABM campaigns email, paid, content, social, events.
- Track and report KPIs like engagement, velocity, and pipeline growth.
Field Marketing (Events/Conferences):
- Plan and execute virtual/in-person B2B events and sponsorships.
- Collaborate with customers and KOLs to position Wokelo as a thought leader.
Ecosystem Marketing/Partnerships:
- Develop strategic partnerships and co-marketing opportunities.
Content Marketing & Copywriting:
- Create tailored content across buyer journey stages from web copy to case studies and whitepapers.
- Own copy across digital assets applying SEO best practices and AI/finance industry knowledge.
- Actively engage on LinkedIn to drive thought leadership.
Marketing Leadership & Strategy:
- Own product marketing launches, sales enablement, and paid acquisition efforts.
- Manage external agencies for content, PR, SEO, and demand generation.
- Optimize inbound growth from high-value financial segments.
Who You Are?
- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing at a Seed/Series-A startup (preferably B2B SaaS/Fintech).
- MBA from a premier B-school in India (e.g., IIMs, ISB, XLRI, MDI, FMS)
- Expertise in ABM, SEO, content marketing, and paid acquisition.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and execution capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with financial technology or AI-driven platforms is a strong plus.
