Job Description

WN Infotech is looking for a motivated Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is open to both fresh graduates with a strong foundation in cloud computing concepts and experienced professionals looking to expand their expertise in cloud infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in developing, managing, and optimizing cloud solutions that support our applications and services with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
 
As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will:
  • Cloud Infrastructure Setup and Maintenance: Design and deploy cloud infrastructure tailored to business needs, ensuring high availability, resilience, and scalability.
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Continuously monitor cloud performance and resolve any issues that arise to minimize system downtime.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement cloud security protocols to protect infrastructure and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Infrastructure Automation: Create automated scripts for provisioning resources, managing configurations, and streamlining deployments.
  • Optimization and Cost Management: Analyze and adjust resource usage to optimize performance while minimizing costs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, DevOps, and security teams to integrate infrastructure solutions that align with project goals.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Cloud Platforms: Foundational or advanced knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) is a plus.
  • Scripting and Automation: Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash) for automation, with more advanced skills preferred for experienced candidates.
  • Containerization (Optional): Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is beneficial for container management.
  • Networking Basics: Understanding of networking principles, such as IP addressing, subnets, and VPN.
  • Monitoring Tools: Awareness of monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Grafana) to ensure system performance.
  • Security Awareness: Familiarity with basic cloud security principles, with advanced skills expected from experienced applicants.
    • Qualification Experience Required
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • Freshers: Internship experience or academic projects related to cloud computing or infrastructure is preferred.
    • Experienced: Minimum of 3 years in cloud infrastructure or related fields.
  • Certifications (Preferred): AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Associate Engineer.
