Job Description
- Design and develop graph database solutions using Graph SQL to meet the companys data management needs.
- Architect and implement data models that accurately represent complex relationships and data structures.
- Optimize database performance, including indexing, query optimization, and data partitioning.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective database solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation for database architecture, data models, and procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in graph database technologies and incorporate best practices into the organization.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior database developers and other team members.
- Proficiency in Graph SQL and experience with graph databases such as Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, particularly in relation to graph databases.
- Experience in database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Solid knowledge of database security practices and data governance.
- Familiarity with cloud-based database solutions and infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in database architecture, with a focus on graph databases.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing graph database solutions in a professional setting.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Certification in relevant graph database technologies is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
