- Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, including market research, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to prioritize features, allocate resources, and meet project timelines.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay abreast of industry trends to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.

- Drive product quality and performance improvements through data-driven decision-making and continuous iteration.
- Manage product budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget constraints.
- Communicate product updates, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders, including executives, team members, and clients.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the product development team.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Proven experience in product management or product development roles, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Lean.
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs and market insights into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, market research, and product metrics tracking.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with product management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in product management or product development roles in the technology industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout the lifecycle.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
