Job Description

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist at WN Infotech, you will be at the forefront of leveraging technology to drive marketing initiatives and optimize customer engagement. Your role will involve utilizing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to design, implement, and analyze marketing campaigns across various channels. Your Role and Responsibilities

Collaborate with marketing teams to understand business objectives and develop marketing automation strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Design and build email marketing campaigns, including email templates, subscriber lists, and customer journeys, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines and best practices.

Implement personalized and targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation, behavior, and preferences.

Configure automation workflows, triggered emails, and journey builder activities to nurture leads, onboard customers, and drive engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.

Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve marketing automation processes and capabilities.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Content Builder.

Strong understanding of marketing automation principles, best practices, and industry standards.

Experience with HTML and CSS for email template customization.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and derive insights to inform marketing decisions.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualification & Experience Required

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification(s) such as Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant preferred.
