Job Description


As a Technical Account Manager at WN Infotech, you will be the primary liaison between our organization and our valued clients, ensuring their technical needs are met and their expectations exceeded. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing technical guidance, support, and solutions to optimize the use of our products or services and drive customer success.
Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their technical requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and technical challenges, providing tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Conduct regular technical reviews and assessments with clients to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including product development, engineering, and support, to address client needs and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide proactive guidance and best practices to clients on the implementation, configuration, and usage of our products or services.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive understanding of technical aspects.
  • Serve as an advocate for clients within WN Infotech, representing their interests and ensuring their voice is heard in product development and enhancement discussions.
  • Monitor and analyze client usage data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to empower clients with technical skills and expertise.
  • Handle escalations and technical inquiries from clients in a timely and professional manner, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a technical customer-facing role, such as technical account management, solutions engineering, or customer support.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in software development, cloud computing, networking, or related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and analytical approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, project management tools, and other technical platforms.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and functions.
Qualification & Experience Required
0 to 3 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, preferably in the technology industry.
Demonstrated track record of successfully managing technical client relationships and driving customer satisfaction and retention.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps) is highly desirable.
Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or similar technical certifications are a plus.
