Job Description

As a Salesforce Platform Developer at WN Infotech, you will be a key member of our development team, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable technical solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the enhancement and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem to drive business growth and efficiency.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other related technologies.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical expertise to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.

Customize and configure Salesforce features such as workflows, process builder, validation rules, and reports/dashboards to enhance user experience and streamline business processes.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet performance, security, and scalability standards.

Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve the development process and drive innovation.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data model, and security model.

Experience with Salesforce integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, etc.) and web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
