Required Qualification : BE/ B.Tech (Reputed Institute) + MBA Operations from Tier I institute only.

Age Bracket : 34 yrs to 39 yrs Max

Major KRA : To Lead the plant's journey on industrial excellence in terms of quality, productivity, plant availability and conversion cost through well-designed opex or capex projects that deliver the targeted return on investment.

Responsible & accountable for ensuring:

- That the plant is fully compliant with all relevant health, safety, and environmental standards of the organization.

- That manufacturing processes are under desired control and the plant consistently delivers world-class quality products.

- That customer complaints are handled professionally and in a timely manner to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.

- That the plant maintains a very high level of customer service in terms of timely delivery of high-quality products, in full.

- That the plant works continually on optimizing production costs using techniques and controls that never undermine the safety of its people, quality, or on-time delivery of products.

- That industrial harmony and people development are utmost priorities.

- A culture of industrial excellence and continual improvement.

- That overall business objectives are effectively and consistently delivered.

Works indirectly with:

- Supply Chain Management team

- Human Resources / Industrial Relations Management team

- Must have excellent communication skill with strong leadership capabilities.
