Job Description
Maintain the security and networking devices and upgrade when necessary
Providing support for other engineers on PA equipment/software
Cross train in-house to share knowledge and share workload
Suggest and detail design changes as and when needed
Documentation for the installations and provide continue service advice
Pro-actively review and maintain infrastructure
Performing effective troubleshooting and responding to incidents during the word day.
Desirable Skills
8+ Years experence
Knowledge of protocols BGP, TRUNKS, VLANs, Port-Channel, Static routing
Networking topologies and protocols. Examples being MPLS, VRF, SIP, Traffic Shaping / QoS
Palo Alto Command line
Palo Alto expertise in design, configuration, migrations, tuning and customization of features
Thorough knowledge of Panorama, Global Protect, and other Palo Alto features including and not limited to SSL decryption
Experience with Wireshark or other protocol analysers
