Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  
• Develop new business opportunities through direct channel sales, field work, and local market knowledge.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for life insurance products to increase revenue growth.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in relationship management or a related field (insurance sales, general insurance sales).
  
• Strong understanding of life insurance policies and ability to sell them effectively.
  
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; self-motivated individual who can meet targets set by the organization.
