Only one thing I liked is work culture, there is no senior or junior they will treat everyone equal.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Manager is not good, he doesn't know how to manage employees , he doesn't know how to encourage employees, he doesn't know how to appreciate employees for their work, poor management. It is based on accounts which we are working, some accounts are really good, but some are bad, no proper projects.
