Information Security Platform Manager ( SecOps)- Cloud Security

* Minimum of 10 years of experience in information security, with a focus on platform
management and operations support.
*Experience on Splunk, Firewall, and any Security tools along with CloudFlare WAF
*Experience on Cloud Security
* Proven experience building and managing teams of technical professionals, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
* Experience managing a global support organization with varying SLA delivery requirements.

*Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with a variety of information security platforms
and tools, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, Endpoint Security, etc.
*Experience working in a global, multi-cultural environment, with the ability to effectively
collaborate with teams across different regions and time zones.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are a plus. *Lead and mentor a team of Information Security Platform Engineers and Security Operations
Support Engineers.
*Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of information security platforms and tools.
*Establish and manage processes for Security Operations Support, including incident/problem ticket response, troubleshooting, and escalation procedures.
*Serve as a subject matter expert in information security platforms and tools, staying current with emerging technologies, threats, and industry trends.
*Collaborate with other teams within the Information Security organization and stakeholders across the company.
* Implement metrics and KPIs to measure the performance and effectiveness of information
security platforms and tools. Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.
