Position Overview:

As a Machine Design Engineer at Winner Screen Machines Pvt Ltd, you will play an integral role in our product development process. Collaborating closely with our senior design engineers, you will participate in designing, refining, and enhancing our printing machines and allied equipment. Your technical acumen and creative input will be vital in helping us maintain our reputation for delivering top-quality products to our clients.

Role & responsibilities:

• Product Design: Work alongside senior design engineers to create 2D and 3D models, assembly drawings, and prototypes for both new and existing products.
• Design Optimisation: Assist in analyzing and improving the performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of our printing machines and allied equipment.
• Prototyping and Testing: Participate in the development of prototypes and conduct tests to evaluate the functionality and performance of designs.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive design documentation, including drawings, specifications, bills of materials and machine operator manuals.
• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality control, and sales, to ensure design objectives are met.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that designs conform to all relevant industry standards, safety requirements, and customer specifications.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the design department.

Training will be provided.

Preferred candidate profile:

Required:

1. Mechanical Engineering Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
2. 1-3 years experience in a design role at machine manufacturing company.
3. Proficient in Solid works CAD.
4. Experienced in detailed drawing creation to include all dimensions and tolerances.
