Role Overview

As a Creative lead - designer, you will play a pivotal role in building launch campaigns and building marquee categories like milk. The brand s visual identity, across all channels, will be managed by you. As a part of the brand team, you will work closely with the copywriter and the video team. Campaign execution will be across channels and should be thought of accordingly. The final deliverables will be both static and videos. You would be required to work with teams with the all your wins are yours, and all your failures are mine approach in growing and building the teams.

Job Description

1. Conceptualising and executing brand campaigns, campaigns for specific categories, and launch campaigns.

2. Collaborate with key stakeholders from marketing, sales and general leadership on initiatives leading to brand awareness, equity and revenue growth.

3. Develop the brand look and feel and visual language which will be experienced on multiple channels like retail, hyper-local apps, brand app, website, events and more.

4. Design multiple collaterals for targeted mediums, and briefs that come from internal stakeholders.

5. Demonstrate a strong creative flair and the ability to translate concepts and ideas into visually appealing designs.

6. Stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the brands visual communication.

7. Stay updated on competition and market and be the expert in the room to suggest the design direction for the brand

8. Contribute to the evolution of the brands design style, ensuring a unified and recognisable identity.

Job Requirements/Mandatory Skills

1. Graduation OR Post Graduation with 7 to 8 years of work experience at leading advertising agencies

2. Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, InDesign

3. Adaptability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

4. Believer and advocate of organic living and sustainability.

Mandatory Traits ( Non -negotiables )

1. Preference would be given to candidates with knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics.

2. Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality designs within specified timelines.

3. Feels strongly about sustainability and is trying to make conscious choices.
