.Net Core Developer - ASP/MVC (6-9 yrs)

Salary : 12 to 18 LPA

1. Technical Expertise :

- .NET Core: Deep understanding of the .NET Core framework, including experience with APIs, middleware, and dependency injection.

- MVC Architecture: Strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, understanding how to structure web applications efficiently and handle user input, routing, and controllers.

- SQL and Database Management: Expertise in SQL, including writing complex queries, performance tuning, database optimization, and preferably experience with databases like Sybase or SQL Server.

- Front-End Basics: Familiarity with front-end technologies (CSS, HTML, JavaScript) is a plus, especially in a full-stack environment.

- Code Quality and Standards: Experience in writing clean, maintainable, and reusable code, following best practices such as SOLID principles, and implementing design patterns.

2. Team Leadership and People Management :

- Agile/Scrum: Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies, handling sprints, planning, and backlog grooming.

- Decision-Making: Ability to make informed technical and architectural decisions, balancing short-term and long-term goals.
