Power BI Developer (4-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Data Modeling : Design and implement robust data models that meet business requirements, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.

- Power Query : Utilize Power Query to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources, ensuring high-quality and clean data for reporting.

- DAX Logic : Develop complex DAX formulas to create calculated columns, measures, and KPIs that support analytical needs.

- Row-Level Security (RLS) : Implement RLS to ensure sensitive data is protected, and appropriate access is granted based on user roles.

- Data Mart Design : Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop data marts that support specific business units and reporting needs.

- Performance Optimization : Monitor and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance, ensuring quick load times and responsiveness.

- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation for data models, ETL processes, and reporting standards.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide insights that drive business decisions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of projects.

- Proficient in data modeling, Power Query, DAX, and RLS.

- Experience with data warehousing concepts and data mart design.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.

- Familiarity with SQL and other data manipulation languages is a plus.
