We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and optimizing our online sales channels, enhancing customer experience, and driving revenue growth across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities : 1. E-Commerce Platform Management :
Manage online product listings across marketplaces such as Amazon,
Flipkart, Shopify, and others. Regularly update product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of product information across all platforms.
2. Digital Marketing Coordination:
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to execute campaigns that increase traffic and conversion rates.
Optimize product listings with keywords, SEO-friendly content, and promotional strategies.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics like CTR, conversion rates, and sales growth.
3 . Order Fulfillment & Logistics Coordination :
Work closely with 3PL partners and distributors to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
Address customer issues related to orders, shipping, or returns promptly.
4 .Customer Engagement & Support :
Enhance customer experience through exceptional support and clear communication.
Respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and collect feedback to improve processes.
5.Data Analysis & Reporting :
Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to the management team.
6 .Process Improvement :
Suggest and implement strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and e-commerce technologies.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or online sales.
Proficiency in managing e-commerce platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or equivalent.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PPC campaigns, SEO tools).
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Experience in coordinating with 3PL partners and understanding supply chain dynamics is a plus
