Job Description:
Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled AI LLM Developer with hands-on experience in prompt engineering, LLaMA, OpenAI, LangChain, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The ideal candidate will have excellent Python skills and the ability to train custom models specifically for financial analysis. You will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing our AI models to deliver high-impact financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Model Development: Design, develop, and optimize large language models (LLMs) for financial analysis applications.
- Prompt Engineering: Create and refine prompts to enhance model performance and accuracy.
- Integration: Work with LLaMA, OpenAI, LangChain, and RAG to integrate and deploy AI solutions.
- Custom Training: Train custom models tailored to specific financial analysis tasks and datasets.
- Data Handling: Manage and preprocess large datasets to ensure high-quality input for model training.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and financial analysts, to deliver robust AI solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance, implementing improvements as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of model development processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in AI development, with a focus on large language models and prompt engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Tools: Hands-on experience with LLaMA, OpenAI, LangChain, and RAG.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial analysis and the ability to tailor AI models to this domain.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
