Position Overview:
The Manager - CEO Office serves as a strategic partner and operational support to the CEO, ensuring effective coordination of initiatives, communication, and organizational priorities. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to execute strategic plans, track performance metrics, and provide insights for decision-making. This position requires exceptional analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Support:
- Assist the CEO in developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic initiatives.
- Provide analytical support and insights to aid in decision-making processes.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders and board meetings.
2. Project Management:
- Lead and manage special projects or initiatives as directed by the CEO.
- Track the progress of organizational priorities and ensure timely completion.
- Identify risks and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
3. Communication and Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across departments.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence and communication on behalf of the CEO.
4. Operational Excellence:
- Oversee and streamline operational activities in the CEO's office.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and engagements for the CEO.
- Manage budgets and resources associated with CEO Office activities.
5. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Represent the CEO in internal meetings and external forums as required.
- Ensure the CEO is well-prepared with context and materials for all engagements.
6. Performance Monitoring:
- Develop and maintain key performance metrics to evaluate organizational progress.
- Conduct industry and market research to provide actionable insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, with exposure to strategy, consulting, or executive office functions.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
