Position : Salesforce Administrator

Job Description:

• 4 years in Salesforce Administration, with strong skills in building and managing Flows to automate complex business processes.
• Proficiency in configuring Lightning pages, custom layouts, and app pages to create a user-friendly experience. Experience with Dynamic Forms and Record Pages to tailor page layouts based on user profiles and use cases.
• Deep understanding of user management, including setting up profiles, permission sets, role hierarchies, and sharing rules to ensure data security and proper access levels.
• Experience with declarative tools like Validation Rules, Record Types, and Page Layouts to customize Salesforce without code.
• Basic understanding of Apex to work effectively with developers, and familiarity with Apex Triggers and Test Classes to understand code dependencies.
• Basic knowledge of API integrations and tools like Salesforce Connect and AppExchange packages to connect Salesforce with other platforms and solutions.
• Problem-Solver: Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex logic issues.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• Personal Traits: Highly motivated, proactive, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Enhancement: Develop, maintain, and improve Salesforce functionality and customizations.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex logic problems within Salesforce.
• Collaboration: Partner with team members to design solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Data Integrity: Monitor and maintain data quality within Salesforce.
• User Management: Oversee user profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Reporting & Efficiency: Develop dashboards, create reports, and establish workflows to increase productivity.
