Be a brandbetter half Howe'ver it may be, thorough research, analysis, stick to tried and tested, disrupt it all to come up with strategies that they just cant say no to be it for positioning, communication, marketing, content et al.

Be the clientassurance - Engage continuously with brand owners/ clients/ representatives and be a bridge between the external and internal teams.

Be your teambest friend Create a safe, inclusive, respectful space that encourages your team to flourish, flex and even flounder sometimes. Help your team navigate internally and externally, be there to make it easy for them to shine which would make you a star.

Be forward In Thought and Talk. Think forward and anticipate future trends, opportunities, and prospective successes for the brand. Be collaborative, a number thinker, and fact driven.

Be a horizontal, to all verticals - Develop mutually symbiotic relationship with the brand, the creative team, the digital strategists and the operations of an execution.

Be the exception, the contradiction - Create real and effective yet simple and disruptive short-term and long-term plans, calendars, and strategies that will not only be inspirational but also actionable.

You have Graduated / Post-graduated / hold a specialized degree in one or more - Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Brand Planning with relevant experience.

Your profession may not match your education, but you've still got a shot if you have proven experience in the fields of Brand Building, Marketing or Advertising with a strong understanding of the industry.

Your degree comes with a strong side of soft skills like confidence, tact, people skills, good instincts, strong command of language (oral and written), high emotional quotient, curiosity and ingenuity.
