Preferred candidate profile

• Master's degree in Business Administration or B Tech, Tech with Automobile, Mechanical. Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in a relevant industry or sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and priorities competing demands effectively
