Territory Manager- Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for EVs and Used two-wheelers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Set sales targets and track performance.
• Lead and motivate the sales team; conduct training.
• Collaborate on promotional campaigns and events.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Monitor competitors and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business or related field.
• Sales management experience, preferably in automotive/EV.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Minimum 4 Years of experience in Two Wheeler product.
