Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing department’s operations and initiatives by managing projects, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring smooth execution of administrative tasks. This role includes organizing resources, processing financial documents, and collaborating with vendors to maintain efficient marketing processes and align efforts with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Project Coordination

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns and events.
• Coordinate logistics for events, exhibitions, and promotional activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials and display items.

Social Media Management:

• Schedule and publish posts on social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Monitor channels, respond to comments/messages, and flag key interactions.
• Research trends and suggest content ideas.

Content & Collateral Management

• Assist in developing and distributing marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional items.
• Monitor inventory allocations for marketing materials and coordinate timely replenishment to ensure availability.
• Maintain consistency by ensuring all marketing efforts align with brand guidelines.

Vendor & Financial Operations

• Serve as a liaison with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and materials.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports efficiently to support financial operations within the department.
• Monitor departmental budgets and expenditures, providing regular updates and summaries to the manager.

File & Asset Organization

• Manage and organize departmental files, digital assets, and records for easy accessibility and compliance.

Administrative Support

• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, ensuring seamless execution of projects and operational efficiency.
• Monitor customer invoices and assist with billing coordination as needed.

Qualifications
Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role.
• Familiarity with social media management, email marketing tools, and basic design software is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial tracking tools.
