Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to lead our development team and drive technical excellence.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Flask and Spring Boot for backend development, along with Java and Python for frontend and backend applications.

You will be responsible for designing scalable solutions, ensuring best engineering practices, and mentoring developers while overseeing seamless integration between backend and frontend services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.

- Architect, design, and develop scalable applications using Flask and Spring Boot for backend services.

- Oversee frontend development using React and Angular, ensuring seamless integration with backend APIs.

- Define and enforce API integration standards, focusing on security, performance, and maintainability.

- Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and debug issues to enhance software quality.

- Spearhead R&D initiatives, evaluating new technologies and frameworks to improve product development.

- Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications on AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, etc.)

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical decisions with business objectives.

- Drive agile development methodologies, ensuring efficient sprint planning and execution.

- Establish automated testing strategies to improve software reliability and maintainability.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven leadership experience in managing development teams and projects.

- Strong backend development expertise with Flask and Spring Boot.

- Proficiency in React and Angular for frontend development.

- Deep understanding of Java fundamentals, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.

- Hands-on experience in API development, integration, and testing (RESTful & GraphQL).

- Experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.) and cloud-based deployments.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make critical technical decisions.

- Ability to lead R&D initiatives, identifying and implementing innovative solutions.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation is a plus.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Exposure to serverless computing and cloud-native solutions.

Qualifications :

- Graduation.
