Job Description :

- Oversee the company's cloud computing strategy, including cloud adoption plans, cloud application design, and cloud management and monitoring.

- Lead a team of Cloud Engineers and Developers, providing guidance, training, and motivation as necessary.

- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure robust and stable cloud infrastructure is implemented and maintained.

- Develop and organize cloud systems while ensuring they are in compliance with best practices in privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.

- Stay current with industry trends, making recommendations as needed to help the company excel.

- Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to reduce costs using an array of cloud management tools.

- Implement and manage disaster recovery solutions in the cloud.

- Work closely with IT security to monitor the company's cloud privacy.

- Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner.

- Offer guidance in infrastructure movement techniques including bulk application transfers into the cloud.

- Identify the top cloud architecture solutions to successfully meet the strategic needs of the company.

- Prepare and conduct technical training to team members and other stakeholders.

- Ensure all team members are working towards the company's business goals and objectives.

- Manage and prioritize projects and tasks to ensure they are completed within set timelines.

- Maintain AZ-900 certification and encourage team members to obtain relevant certifications.

Functional Competencies :

- Azure Cloud Engineer : The candidate should have expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services, including the development and implementation of cloud based applications, managing and securing cloud solutions, and proficiency in using Azure services, tools, and technologies.

- Full Stack : The candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of both frontend and backend technologies. This includes knowledge of programming languages, databases, server, network and hosting environments, data modeling, user interface, user experience, and more.

- Cloud Architecture : The candidate should have the ability to design and implement robust cloud solutions. This includes understanding the principles of cloud computing, designing scalable and secure cloud infrastructure, and optimizing the cloud environment for performance and cost effectiveness.

- Application Developer : The candidate should have experience in developing, testing, and debugging applications. This includes knowledge of programming languages, development frameworks, and the software development lifecycle.

- Big Data : The candidate should have experience in managing and analyzing large datasets. This includes knowledge of big data technologies, data mining techniques, and data visualization tools.

- Collaboration : The candidate should have the ability to work effectively with others, including the ability to share responsibilities, respect others' perspectives, and contribute to team efforts.

- Team Building : The candidate should have the ability to foster a cooperative and productive work environment, including the ability to motivate others, resolve conflicts, and promote open communication.
