Job Description
- Work closely with the wellness cordinator team to plan, implement, coordinate and manage residents needs, interests and desires to promote a healthier and happier lifestyle.
- Plan programs for clients to deal with difficulties and help them to overcome challenges; Regularly gather feedback from the residents and internal team to discover resident needs and perspective.
- Work with management to implement changes based on feedback to continuously to improve the resident welness.
- Expand on and enhance existing health and wellness-related activities such as yoga, counselling and plan other engagement activities.
- Managing the team. Mointor, analyse data, and prepare monthly report on key metrics to senior management.
