Ensure that customers receive outstanding service throughout their shopping experience

Product Knowledge: Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the products or services offered by the company

Stay up to date with the latest features, specifications, and pricing information

Be able to provide accurate and detailed product recommendations and comparisons

Sales Generation: Actively engage with customers to promote products, explain their benefits, and encourage purchases

Use persuasive selling techniques to increase sales revenue

Cross-sell and upsell products to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities

Merchandising and Stocking: Maintain a visually appealing and organized sales floor

Restock shelves and display areas with merchandise

Monitor inventory levels and inform management of any stock shortages or popular items that need replenishment

Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Process customer transactions using the cash register or electronic payment systems

Ensure accuracy in pricing and handle financial transactions securely

Issue receipts, gift cards, and refunds as required
