About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer with 10+ years of experience in data transformation and ETL on large datasets.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in data modeling, SQL/NoSQL, ETL tools, and reporting technologies to drive successful data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement customer-centric datasets across CRM, Call Center, Marketing, Offline, and Point of Sale systems.

- Develop and optimize ETL processes for large-scale data transformation.

- Design and manage relational, dimensional, and big data models.

- Write and optimize complex SQL/NoSQL queries for data extraction and transformation.

- Implement advanced data warehouse concepts and manage ETL tools like Informatica, Unifi.

- Define and manage business requirements, structured analysis, and process design.

- Utilize reporting technologies like Tableau and Power BI to generate insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead customer engagements.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.

- Provide expertise in software development, scripting, and big data technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience with data transformation and ETL.

- 5+ years of experience in data modeling (Relational, Dimensional, Columnar, Big Data).

- 5+ years of experience in complex SQL/NoSQL development.

- Strong knowledge of advanced data warehouse concepts.

- Hands-on experience with ETL tools like Informatica, Unifi.

- Proficiency in reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI.

- Strong communication skills to interface with sales teams and lead customer engagements.

- Ability to self-manage and drive customer-focused solutions.

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.

- Knowledge of Digital Analytics or Digital Marketing.

- Programming experience in Python, Java, or Bash scripting.

- Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Redshift, Snowflake, Hive, and Pig.

- Prior experience as an enterprise technical or engineering consultant
