Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales executives to achieve monthly targets through effective planning, execution, and monitoring of sales strategies.
• Conduct telesales activities to generate leads and convert them into paying customers for educational products or services.
• Provide educational counseling to students on various courses offered by partner institutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Generate leads

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in Sales Management, Sales Planning, Retail Channel Sales, Telesales, Educational Sales, Education Counseling, or related fields.
  
• Strong understanding of the education industry trends and market dynamics.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
