Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Laravel, ReactJS and experience in the HRMS domain to join our dynamic team.
Required Candidate profile:
- Web Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Laravel and ReactJS.
- API Integration: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to connect various services and ensure smooth data flow.
- Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas using MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB and ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Front-End Development: Build responsive user interfaces with ReactJS, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Back-End Development: Implement server-side logic and maintain the core application framework using Laravel.
- HRMS Domain Expertise: Apply knowledge of HRMS systems to develop features related to employee management, payroll, attendance, performance evaluation, and other HR processes.
Education : Bachelors/masters degree in Computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Key Skills:
- Proficient in Laravel.
- Strong experience with ReactJS and front-end development.
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Experience : 3 - 5 years
