The key responsibilities include:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete Business Cycle, from generating leads to converting these leads into successful business deals, managing the account, and ensuring timely payments.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field of Web and Mobile Application development services, Digital Marketing (SEO & SMO), and other IT services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Generate leads through various channels and convert them into potential business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to create effective proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement for both parties.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
  • Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Business Development within the IT Services & Consulting industry.
  • Strong understanding of Web and Mobile Application development services, Digital Marketing (SEO & SMO), and other IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Result-oriented with a focus on driving business growth.
  • Familiarity with market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
  • Bachelors degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Advertising/Mass Communication, Information Technology, International Business, Marketing is preferred.
