- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field of Web and Mobile Application development services, Digital Marketing (SEO & SMO), and other IT services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Generate leads through various channels and convert them into potential business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to create effective proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement for both parties.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
- Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Business Development within the IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of Web and Mobile Application development services, Digital Marketing (SEO & SMO), and other IT solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Result-oriented with a focus on driving business growth.
- Familiarity with market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- Bachelors degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Advertising/Mass Communication, Information Technology, International Business, Marketing is preferred.
