Lead Backend Developer - PHP/Node.js (1-2 yrs)

Position : Senior Backend Developer.

Location : Remote.

Experience : 7+ years of Backend Development.

Job Type : Full-time/ Contract.

Required Skills & Qualifications : .

- 7+ years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on PHP and Node.js.

- 4+ years of experience working with Node.js (preferably with Express.js or other frameworks).

- Strong experience in backend frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or Express.js.

- Deep understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).

- Solid experience in designing and building RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs.

- Experience in microservices architecture and service orchestration (using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS Lambda).

- Proficiency in building and maintaining real-time applications (using Socket.io, WebSockets, or Kafka).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS) and deployment automation tools.

- Strong proficiency with Git, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of security practices like OAuth 2.0, JWT, and data encryption.

- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and other testing frameworks (i.e. PHPUnit, Mocha, Jest).

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex backend issues.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment, managing priorities and deadlines efficiently.
